Price Determination:
Prices are determined based on the amount of hours required per designs, complexity and servings.  Each order is unique to the customer's needs.
Custom Cakes Minimum Order:
Our minimum order is of $200.00.  This can be a combination of cakes and cupcakes. Full payment is required 7 days before the pick up date to insure your reservation.

Recommended Timeframe to Place an order:
All custom orders should be placed at least two weeks by email or phone prior to the cake pick up or delivery to ensure a reservation.  

Cake or Cupcakes Delivery/Pick-up:
Custom Wedding cakes three tears and over will include the delivery for the professional setup at the venue location.  All other orders can be picked up at Ybe's Cakes location on weekdays from 4:30-6:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 12:00-5:00 pm. We are located in East Orlando, as a home based business, close to UCF and Waterford Lakes. Once full payment is received the pick up address will be emailed to the customer.
Reservations, Changes and Cancellation:
In order to reserve your custom cake full payment (non-refundable and non-returnable) must be made 7 days prior to the pick up or delivery date. The method of payment used is PayPal email, Payment request or invoice. The PayPal email will have choices to pay with a PayPal account, personal credit card or debit. Once the reservation and PayPal payment Email request has been emailed there will be NO changes made to the original reservation.  The purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
